What Geographic areas do you cover?

We cover all of North America. For certain products, we have specific territorial boundaries. In those cases, we can always refer you to a qualified company or individual in your local area who can assist you more thoroughly.

Do you offer training?

Yes, we offer many varieties of training, including:

Do you sell used equipment?

We occasionally run across used equipment that we recondition for our customers. If you have a particular need, please let us know, and we will try to find a source for it.

What are the advantages and disadvantages of DC Electric assembly tools vs. pneumatic tools?

What are your calibration credentials?

We are accredited to ISO/IEC 17025:2005 standards, by the Laboratory Accreditation Bureau. This means that we have gone through exhaustive testing and training, and that our procedures are in strict compliance with internationally accepted standards.

What brands do you repair?

We specialize in the brands that we represent, but we work on many other brands. We won’t perform repairs on brands on which we do not have a high level of confidence.

Do you do warranty repairs?

For some brands, we are an authorized warranty repair center. Contact us to discuss particular brands.
